Jonathan Boncek has always been on the creative side of thinking.
From drawing from comic books at a young age to studying fine art photography at The University of Georgia, he always saw the possibility of creating what he wanted for his life, even if was in a photographic image. And life happens as it is supposed to. From being on the stages of ESPN photographing the World Series of Poker to figuring out how to make a money renting out inflatable jump castles in Charleston after relocating from Californina in 2011, Jonathan knows that if we use our creativity to tackle our obstacles then we can start to use our creativity to create what we want for ourselves.
The self-title, ‘creative problem solver’, came out of six years of being the Charleston City Paper’s lone staff photographer. Now Jonathan is on a new path of marketing with Plateful Solutions, a content creation, digital marketing, and social media agency for culinary and food brands. And all the while Jonathan is continuing to figure out who wants a jump castle or mechanical bull for this weekend!
